One Minute Breakfast Ideas

My first day at Southern Utah University in my Track and Field class my teacher gave us a packet of quick and healthy breakfasts you can have in the morning. So I just wanted to pass it on to you!


·       Lean Ham on toasted English Muffin
·       Fresh fruit and string cheese
·       Instant Carnation breakfast mixed with skim milk
·       Cottage cheese and fruit
·       ½ of a toasted bagel with peanut butter or light 

        cream cheese
·       Toasted whole wheat waffle with fresh fruit
·       Smoothie (skim milk, frozen fruit, & wheat germ in a 

        blender
·       Ready-to-eat cereal with blueberries and skim milk
·       8 ounces low-fat yogurt
·       Peanut butter on whole wheat toast with skim milk
·       Small slice of cheese pizza and orange juice
·       Instant oatmeal with skim milk

  3. I like to make a scrambled egg in the microwave (spray the bowl with non-stick spray, crack egg, salt and pepper, scramble it, and pop in microwave for 45 seconds). You can then eat it on whole wheat toast or in a small tortilla with salsa.

    Also, open face Peanut butter and banana sandwich...
